For repairs please fill out the RMA form and email to Internal Sales firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is always a good idea to contact Galil's technical support/Applications Engineering group first (800-377-6329 in the US or 916-626-0101 outside). The applications group can walk you through troubleshooting steps and potentially solve the problem over the phone.
Important information for the RMA form:
- Technical contact
- Serial number
- Full description of problem
- Address where to return the unit and any reference number required
- Any special instructions
- A PO or credit card is required if the unit is out of warranty. Contact Galil for warranty status and required authorization amount.
