when I execute the command BGXYZ
it comes out this error message

Hi There.
First, I'd recommend typing BGX, then BGY then BGZ in order to isolate the axis where the limit switch is active.
Also, are you using limit switches? check the state of the switch, and test the wiring at the interconnect board. If you disconnect the switch, does the problem go away? If so, you may have a reversed limit switch (Active high)
