… I must write to let you know of the totally pleasant experience we had in moving to Atlanta. The sales lady that called upon us was most helpful and informative in
her professional approach. A check of your reputation through the normal business
references was good and we decided to go with your company. The truck arrived when
it was supposed to with four of the hardest workers I have ever seen. They packed
with the care of an owner. The delivery people were on time, courteous and
extremely careful. I must tell you that your employees are extremely well-versed in
customer service, beyond any standard I have seen in any industry. The only thing I can
say is that I am honestly sorry for the people who don’t use your firm to move them.

inordinate number of projects requiring intensive relocation services. These projects
ranged from emptying a residence hall with 369 bedrooms over a weekend in order to
start summer construction, to a multiple phase relocation of the Offices of the Treasurer
and Controller to new midtown–Manhattan office space, to the 9-phase renovation of
the Facilities Management Offices, to the most recent move of the President’s residence.
Every project was completed on time and with as little disruption as possible. Even with
only a few hours notice, your company provided the manpower, equipment and service
needed to trouble shoot unanticipated circumstances that required immediate attention.
I would also like to offer a special appreciation to your refuse and garbage–removal
teams. The greatest praise I can give is to reiterate the compliments of our clients at
the University whom our department services. Without exception, all of my clients

They were very hardworking, efficient and professional. Nothing was broken, not one piece
of china or glassware — not even a light bulb. They made the move completely painless

appreciated the clear communication we received from the estimator and all of the other office

company several times in the past and knew that I would not be disappointed. I was very
