Job Description:

1. Ensure that all vehicles and movers are ready for departure:

• Manage the crew’s activities to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Verify that all helpers and drivers are dressed appropriately- clean and in uniform
• Inspect vehicles, check fluids: water, oil, etc., and review trucks prior to Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report prior to leaving Galil
• Verify that all necessary supplies are loaded onto truck.
• Acquire contract(s) for the day's job(s) and inquire about any details, special requirements, etc. which apply to that day's job(s)

2. Manage the job:

• Ensure that the truck is parked legally during the move
• Introduce self and crew members to the customer(s)
• Review the contract with the customer
• Inform Dispatch that the job is beginning
• Oversee the loading of the truck
• Ensure that the crew handles the customer's belongings competently

Job Requirements:

• Supervisory experience
• Moving Experience
