Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

• Provide accurate estimates on residential and long distance moves according to established guidelines
• Schedule  on-site estimates when necessary according to established guidelines
• Educate the customer as to the advantages of using Galil Moving & Storage
• Make required follow-up calls and e-mails to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle all incoming and follow-up from customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend regular weekly sales meetings conducted by the sales manager

Job Requirements

• Sales and customer service for NY, NJ, and long distance relocation services. 
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong follow up, multi tasking, organizational and detailed oriented skills. 
• Call Center & Sales experience a plus.
• Computer skills
